Registration and Payment Information

Registration Forms and Payment Information: 

• Payment and submission of all forms can be made via your Genesis account starting 3/8/24.

• Registration and medical forms can be found under the “Student Data” tab in Genesis, then under “Forms”. Look for the LCJSMS Washington DC Trip and LCJSMS Washington DC Trip Health Forms. These forms are both mandatory in order to participate in the trip. 

• Payment can be made through PaySchool via Genesis, or with cash or check turned in to the main office. If paying with a check, please make it out to “LCJSMS Student Activities Fund”. If paying via Genesis, you can find the payment link under the “Fees and Fines” tab in Genesis, under “Optional Fees”. 

• Registration forms and payment due no later than 4/5/25.  

• Cost of the trip is $400. Students qualifying for free/reduced lunch pay a reduced fee of $100. Any funds raised during our fall fundraiser will be reduced from the fee and should be reflected in the amount shown in Genesis. 

Medical forms for nurse administration of medication can be found on the trip website. Forms must be printed and returned no later than 5/1/24. This must be completed for ANY medication administered while on the trip (even over the counter meds).
